Not receiveing email using Mailgun as Relayhost

Hi,
I use mailgun as mailcow relayhost. Current state is successfully sending email to gmail, but failed to receive from gmail.
Seems like gmail has success sending to mailgun, but mailgun failed to forward route to our mailcow.
Our domain : mail.jemberkab.go.id

Kindly need advice proper setup of incoming mail from mailgun.

What transport are you using on Mailgun as sender of this message? If it’s SMTP than Mailgun just looping message to it self. If you want to use SMTP as transport than MX should be pointed to recipient server, in your case your Mailcow server.

Also what is reason you want flow Internet -> Mailgun -> Mailcow are you aware every message sanded through Mailgun comes whit hefty fee? For sending maybe, for receiving I do not see any good reason.

So, what I need to do is update our DNS MX record to pointing on mailcow server, beside to mailgun (mxa.mailgun.org and mxb.mailgun.org) ?

Well I do not know what your intentions are,… But yes. I would suggest to educate self what and how mails works,..

I have update DNS MX record.
Based on postfix logs, looks like success inbound from gmail, but not yet receive on user mailbox.
Any suggestions ?

Finally, emails received in user mailbox.

My mistake was enabled Relay options on domain configurations. After uncheck all, emails receive in user mailbox.

Now the problem is email delivery from Gmail to our domain take too long time to inbound in mailcow, almost 2 hours.
Any advice how to track the bottle neck?
Is it related to mailgun or firewall configurations?

You need to get your self familiar whit logs, how to read them, how to connect lines to get necessary answers.

Mailgun - no, if your MX is pointing to your MC, Mailgun does not affect this.
Firewall - maybe, do you blocking some of gmail IPs?
Gray listing - are message grey listed? (MC have whitelist for gmail, but worth check < to find out go to logs)
