Hello, I have a fresh Mailcow installation on a new Ubuntu 22.04 server. All Docker containers are running. I cannot log in with the default admin password.
I have followed the official command-line procedure to reset the admin password.
I successfully generated a new hash with doveadm pw.
I successfully logged into the MariaDB database and ran the UPDATE admin SET password = … command.
The database responded with Query OK, 1 row affected, Changed: 1.
Even after the database confirmed the password was changed, I still get “Login failed” when trying to log in with the new password in a new incognito window. What could be the cause?
