I recently encountered a frustrating email issue and wanted to share it here in case anyone else has faced something similar. While trying to send an important message, I received the following error:
“Delivery Status Notification (Failure): Your message to olumide@xxxx has been blocked. Response from remote server: This message does not meet our delivery requirements.”
This kind of bounce-back usually means the receiving server has specific filters or security policies that the email failed to meet. It could be due to things like spam triggers in the content, a misconfigured domain (e.g., missing SPF/DKIM/DMARC), or the server outright blocking certain senders.
Has anyone experienced this and found a workaround? I’d appreciate insights into how to ensure my emails comply with these delivery requirements.
