How can I use smtp relay to send mailcow system mail?

Hi! I just set up Sender-dependent transports for all of our domains and enabled it for each one. Now, emails from each domain are sending properly.

However, I’m not sure how to enable this for system or notification emails from Mailcow — like the “Personal Calendar has been created” message. These don’t seem to go through our SMTP provider, so I’m guessing they’re being sent using something like phpmail.

How can I make sure these system emails also use the SMTP but not phpmail()?

Please be more specific, who creates that personal calendar, who is the recipient, internal mailcow user?
Just have a look at the SMTP headers and you see where it is sent from.

Image the domain name is domain.com. It is an Sogo notification email.

That email was sent from support@domain.com to support@domain.com, in the mailcow Rspamd logs, it is named "\“Personal Address Book\” has been created". And the log details is:

Where can I find the smtp header? This email was not processed in our smtp relay provider activity logs.

If this is from an internal user to an internal user, why should it be routed to your relay provider?

I’m not really an expert on this, but I was wondering—if my server’s IP ever gets blocked sending emails, will these kinds of emails stop being delivered? Or are they just internal notifications that don’t depend on any email settings?

That does only apply to mails sent to external recipients.

What do you mean with “any email settings”?
You seem to know very little how SMTP and MTAs work.
Please do some homework how a mail server works, and what the local MTA (in this case mailcows postfix) is for.
