Update Script wants me to update Docker despite being up to date

I’m trying to run the update script for the first time since I have installed docker but i’m getting the following message. Any idea on how I can fix this?

Running it in a supported way on a supported platform might help. A bash-shell script doesn’t run well in a zsh-shell. Not sure which OS it is - make sure it’s supported.

So you can expect all kind of weird issues and behavior going forward.

While I understand, Docker is Docker. MacOS is built off Debian which is supported. I just don’t see how its so far fetched why this wouldn’t work. But needless to say, thank you for at least replying. I’ll work on tracing down the bash issues and see if I can get it to update.

Not true. macOS is derived from FreeBSD and has since evolved into a completely own, independent OS. It can’t be compared to each other anymore. Nor macOS nor FreeBSD is supported.

As *BSD systems aren’t even using Linux, you can expect things blowing up. Things work differently.
