Can't send outbound emails to gmail

I am able to receive inbound emails from gmail but I can’t send outbound emails (to gmail). Here is a trace of my postfix logs. It looks like it is trying to to use port 25 which is not available. How do I make sure it uses the proper port or what else am I missing here?

TCP/25 is the proper port. Looks like your ISP is blocking this specific port. You need to check with your ISP to unblock, if they allow and do that.

Also, check if you have a firewall running that (perhaps) already blocks incoming traffic to port 25
