i have ipv6 disabled, i removed search line in resolv.conf, read and follow applicable in threats:

Nothing seems to work for me. My system meets all requirements, I can log in to the database, and I can ping the MySQL container. I’ve also upgraded all other Mailcow components mail system, and everything runs fine except this last issue. I’ve searched extensively on the forum but found no solution.

Could someone please help me troubleshoot this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  • Container ID and DNS name are 2 different things.
    Try docker ps | grep mysql

    The mariadb container should have “mailcowdockerized-mqsql-mailcow-1” as container name, if you use the defaults.
    Maybe you have something broken in docker-compose or compose override?

    esackbauer i review all config many times and n found any error…. as last resort, i had made fresh install and restore previous backup and running again. i will review one more time check typo.
