Grantmac07 I had mailcow already installed on my system when it was directly connected to my modem. It worked flawlessly. Now when i connected it to my router and i forwarded port 25, 587. I dont know why its not working.
esackbauer Try updating Linux, then Docker and Docker compose and then mailcow to the latest versions. Read the log files. Without detailed error description what leads to the state 1 nobody can help you.
esackbauer Grantmac07 Which error log would i look at? look at the list of containers. start with the one which is presenting the error (SOGo and nginx I guess). If you can’t find delve into the next layer (dovecot) etc. You need to understand how mailcow works.
Grantmac07 I did have a fire wall but I was having other issues so I just removed it. I reinstalled mailcownand that fixed it.
