Why do all my Emails land in spam

Hi,

I wrote a thread earlier about Port 25 etc. The Issue was resolved when I purchased a VPS from Dartnode, Here’s the Link https://dartnode.com

My server is now sending and receiving mails, but the issue I’m having is, it always lands in Spam. How can I make sure my emails land in the Inbox.

Also, My DMARC is not ticked off on the DNS Settings page. How can I set my DMARC Correctly?

Any assistance will be much appreciated.

I do believe that MC does not show any tick for DMARC record on diagnostic page. At least i do not have any and by quick inspection of source code there is no check for this,…

If you want, you can disclose your address and we can look if we will see any issues.

I’ve realized the dMarc never ticks, no matter how I change it up. Is there some kind of registry that lists spam emails?

be sure you only use dmarc._domainkey as the designator. If you try to use only the dkim it fails.

When I use the dkim._domainkey in my CloudFlare DNS setup, it works fine.

I would make yourself registration on Google Postmaster Tools and MS (Outlook) alternative. Sometimes check Talos for rest use mass checker like https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

Here is a log from Postfix, “Messages from <ipadress> temporarily deferred due to unexpected volume or user complaints - 4.16.55.1”

I’ve also followed up on the Google Postmaster tool and nothing appears on all the pages.

You can also try some robot tester like https://www.mail-tester.com/.

About Google postmaster tools, yes you are below their threshold to show data, nothing to do whit this,..

williammabotja_44505 sorry for the delay in the reply…. but yes, I use the default as is created.
You don’t have to use the default, but if you use a custom one, you will probably have to use something like yourcustom._domainkey.

Are you saying I should use “dmarc.domainkey” instead of “dkim.domainkey” for my dkim record?
