routing with sendgrid doesn't working only in SOgo on secondary mail domains

Hello,

I’ve a mailcow installation with multiples domains was linked on it.
I’m using sendgrid to route all the emails to microfost (hotmail/live…) but, the route are not working, only with SOgo webmail.

Return error in SOgo when i send an email, with a secondary domain to microsoft domains using my sendgrind routing : host smtp.sendgrid.net[18.197.194.208] said: 550 The
from address does not match a verified Sender Identity. Mail cannot be sent
until this error is resolved. Visit

All working fine with the main mailcow domain and SOgo and all working fine with other e-mail clients like Outlook, Thunderbird with all domains.

Issue was just on SOgo webmail only with secondary domains.

Do you have any idea ? The “FORM” on SOgo was forced to main domain ?

All my secondary domains was added in Sendgrid auth verification.

But it’s not the same issue.
All working fine except with SOgo.

Do you have set the MX, SPF, DMARC, DKIM records properly set for the secondary domain?
Is your secondary domain properly configured in sendgrid?

esackbauer Yes, sender was correctly configured on sendgrid.

Where other client than SOgo all working fine.
The issue was juste located with SOgo webmail, and i doesn’t explain that
