can foxmail + mailcow work ?

can i use foxmail to create a account use mailcow account ?
if i only install postfix , i can open foxmail and add a account , fill the postfix account and password and receive or send email . what about mailcow ?

Foxmail can do IMAP and SMTP as client, and mailcow can do IMAP and SMTP as server.

There is no “postfix” account. Seems you do not really understand how mail servers work.
