I installed MailCow on a clean installation of Debian 12 following the official installation guidance. While I can send and receive emails, both ActiveSync push notifications and IMAP IDLE are not working.
Are you able to use them?

Yes. Maybe a firewall issue? Connection timeouts?
Did you search the logs?

Thanks for your reply.
I checked the logs, but I couldn’t identify the cause.
Which logs should I check? Also, what should I focus on?
I checked the logs using the following command:
docker logs -f –tail 50 mailcowdockerized_sogo-mailcow_1
There were no particularly suspicious logs.

ok, you have iPhone. iPhone does not support IMAP IDLE.
And indeed SOGo logs are not suspicous, no errors regarding activesync.
Looks like its a problem with Apples ActiveSync implementation.
You could try a different mail app like BlueMail
So, the default iPhone Mail app does not support ActiveSync or IMAP IDLE.
I’ll try a different app and report back if I make any progress!
The default iPhone Mail app should support Activesync. However the way SOGo works, it can have a delay of 15 seconds or more until a push notification arrives.
Keep in mind that SOGo just provides a reverse engineered ActiveSync based on the 2016 standard. It is not an official implementation.

I also see logs like this.
I see one of these also like every 2-3 hours. However no user is complaining.
