jurgenhaas Done that, found some technical details for programmers and admins, but nothing for those who are in marketing so that they could learn on how to write better content and do protected styling and tracking, if even required.

Working for a large non profit organisation who send out promotional information and I help them to optimise the email infrastructure so that the outgoing communication is as successful as possible.
