Hallo I updated my Mailcow instance and after that Nextcloud is stopping working.
I seacrhed the Internet and found the realease note that there is stated that Nextcloud is kicked out.
I there a possibility of an rollback of Mailcow, that I can make an backup of Nextcloud.

You could try to roll back:
Update - mailcow: dockerized documentation docs.mailcow.email
But no guarantees…

And another lesson learned: Never install updates on critical services before checking the release notes for breaking changes…
