Hi,
I have been using MailCow for over two years and have had no problems.
My MailCow server was on a dedicated server with a public IP address.
A few weeks ago I gave up on the dedicated server and host MailCow at home via a VPN connection to my VPS in IONOS UK.
After the change I updated all DNS records.
When I send emails to gmail, outlook everything is fine and the recipient receives the email. I also have no problem receiving emails from gmail and outlook.
Unfortunately I have a problem sending emails to gmx.com and yahoo.com
After sending them I receive an email back with the information:
Cannot start TLS: handshake failure
I have no problem receiving emails from gmx.com and yahoo.com.
After sending them I receive them immediately.
What could be the reason that after sending emails to gmx.com and yahoo.com there is a problem with TLS handshake?
When my MailCow server was hosted on a dedicated server I didn’t have this problem. I sent emails to gmx and yahoo all the time and there was never a problem.
