Cannot login via IMAPS/SMTPS

So I setup everything, webmail works, autoconfig and autodiscover works.
But now I have the issue that I cannot login via Thunderbird, with the same credentials I use for the web login.
The requests are indeed arriving at my firewall and aren’t getting blocked.

I’ve linked my dovecot log below.

172.22.1.12 is Watchdog

Why is that?

There is nothing in your log besides the watchdog.
Are you sure that your firewall is properly NATing the packets?
Are you using firewalld or UFW or SELinux? If yes, disable them and do

docker compose down
docker compose up -d

I thought so, but I just double checked and noticed, that there weren’t any requests coming in,
they couldn’t have been blocked, my ruleset for IMAPS and SMTPS connections are not strict,
Any IP is allowed to go to the proxy server (mailcow Host) via the respected ports…

The NAT Forwarding is also pretty straight-forward…

Please clarify. What is the “proxy” server?
If you are using a reverse proxy like nginx or apache to forward IMAP traffic, that obviously won’t work.

Please post the output of netstat -tulpn from your mailcow server.

The proxy is a VM with Traefik, but that doesn’t matter, Traefik has no role in all of this, except for the webmail

Not sure how we could help you here… I think you have to debug your firewall/NAT setup. If packets don’t arrive at your “proxy” it’s not a mailcow problem.
