Mail encrypted storage container not present

Hi! I was reading the documentation about the encrypted mail storage. I notice that my mailcow installation does have the crypt-vol-1 container.

I am curious about why I don’t see it running. Is there a flag to activate mail encrypted storage? I am using mailcow since a few years ago (I am updating the Docker images).
