I found one problem, emails stop being delivered to the iphone, not always, but often enough, when changing the communication operator.

Sounds for me like a problem of the inbuilt iOS mail app.

Well, yes, it turns out that everyone is to blame, but not the mailcow)) As for me, it’s a Sogo bug.

SOGo is a using a reverse engineered ActiveSync implementation from 2016. You have to deal with it, or pay for a commercial and licensed implementation of ActiveSync.
There are different implementations of the client side which reportedly work with SOGo, like Bluemail. Try this.

That still sounds like a client issue…
Or do you have a reverse proxy?

I agree, this sounds much like a reverse proxy issue where the wrong timeouts are configured…

OK great! And please, PLEASE, if you are running mailcow with a non-standard configuration (reverse proxy!), tell us up front!
I get the feeling that 80% of the issues posted in this forum originate from a misconfigured reverse proxy…

IOS has native DAV support I would just use that it’s way better and it sucks that android doesn’t have it

invaliduser you wright but I need push only for quick delivery of emails. before mailcow I use iredmail with xapsd plugin, but apple stops create certificates , and it very bad/ it was the best solution for pushing emails.

You could workaround configuring IMAP and use the Pushover App on iOS and configure it per user in mailcows GUI.
So you could still get instant notification. As soon as you open the mail app, the mails should be pulled.
