Hello! Im setting up Mailcow (docker compose) for the first time on my Racknerd ARM KVM with IPV6 disabled using this guide https://docs.mailcow.email/post_installation/firststeps-disable_ipv6/. I followed https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aBdRWebfh98 this guide to set it up and got to the point where I created a domain and set my DNS but in the TLSA rule it showed an error that I imagine its not supposed to show. Cloudflare manages my DNS for the URL. In the image, you can see that there is already a value for TLSA but that was just random gibberish I put in their to see if that would fix my issue, it did not. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Another thing I should mention is that in the DNS record list it shows that the correct data of an A record pointing towards my domain and in Cloudflare I have an A rule pointing my domain to where it says the correct data, yet it shows the current state as some random URl it never should have been. I realize it can take up to 24 hours but it has been around 15 and all the other rules are updated in about 30 seconds, is this normal? This also happened with my autodiscover cname and mx record. I tried following this users guide https://community.mailcow.email/d/2607-tlsa-record-110-operation-timed-out/9 but it was very unclear and hard to understand. I am confused about what my_ip_dns_fw should be set to, I tried 127.0.0.1 and 1.1.1.1 but I’m getting the same issue with both. Thanks again.
Nevermind, all of a sudden it fixed itself. I assume it was a slow DNS record update, guess I could have been more patient.
