How send emails from command line remotely

I have installed mailcowdockerized on a VPS and everything works fine. I have logged into mailcow webadmin and added a domain, mydomain.com, and added an associated mailbox, user@mydomain.com.

Now I wonder, how can I send emails from user@mydomain.com from another VPS via commandline.

You have to authenticate to mailcow with that user’s credentials. Check your mail clients man page in how to do that in your case
