Mailcow does not receive incoming mails

Hello everyone,

I currently have a problem with my Mailcow server. I can send mails without any problems and they arrive at the recipient. However, my server itself is not receiving any incoming mails. In the Rspamd UI under “History” there is no trace of incoming mails, and the sender does not receive an error message or any other kind of notification.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be here or where I could start troubleshooting? I would be grateful for any tips!

Examine your Postfix logs, send e-mail to your Mailcow, if is undelivered you should get mailer-daemon notification.

HI, thank you. I actually also thought that you should receive a mailer daemon notification in this case. But it did not come. There is nothing of the mail in the logs.

It looks a bit like the mail has not arrived on the server. (The required ports are open, but even with the firewall completely deactivated the mails do not arrive at MailCow).

hi, thank you. currently the cname entry looks like this in my dns system (DNS Hetzner) would it be correct to change the right part from mail.domain.com to just mail`?

Under black you have mail.prikutec.com let just mail

does that mean that the dns entries from my first post in combination with the ones from the picture are now correct?
Or is there another one wrong?

so if the server was installed according to the “normal” instructions, the mail reception should work as soon as the DNS change of autodiscover, autoconfig and mx is done?
