You have PTR only on IPv4, not on IPv6 so log into Hetzner admin and make sure you have IPv6 PTR also,…

Also I would add IPv6 DNS records, or disable IPv6 if you do not want to be bother, but there are some issues whit it

@AKarakutsa login to the Hetzner Cloud panel, select your server and open the Networking tab. Right to your IPv6 address click the three dots to edit your reverse DNS entry
