Copiing mail files from unencrypter server to mailcow

I have a problem, where I would need to copy a few dozwn of mailboxes from old server disk to new server. Mailcow stores email encrypted. If I copy there the files previous server, sogo and outlook only show blank header… Probably because it try to decrypt normal text mails as well.

Is theer a way to tell dovecot to decrypt only encripted mails and leave plain text as is? Previous mail server was also a postfix/dovecot installation wich stored mails without encryption…

You could try to encrypt the copied mails.
