Problem with email sync via IMAP

guys, recently I have an incedent with mailcow, I have restored server, but lost emails for 1 day, then clients started to sync, most client succesfully synced email, just lost emails for 1 day, but i have two emailbox which not syncing, in the status bas it continously syncing whole day but not dosnloading new messages, I have checked dovecot but didn’t find any issues, can u help me to troubleshoot.

You could also troubleshoot on the client side. any errors or logs there? SOGo is working?

No unfortunately SOGo is not working, this is in my “problem list”, i need to check as well, checked SOGo, Nginx.

Again, what does the IMAP client report? What is the email address of the user that is not working?
In your log files I can see that Solr (Fulltext search) is not running. Please clear that first.

admin. aho - problem with downloading new messages, the mailbox size 29.1 Gb, but synced only 7Gb, internet is OK,
hrm - problem with files, folder. User tried to remove/move some folders/emails, but after several timer that folders appeared again in old location. Clients used MS Outlook 2016 Standard, can you advise how to generate report on client side? regarding Solr i will check. btw on Mailcow UI i see that Dovecot utilize 80% of CPU, how to decrease the utilization?

Seems like your server has too little ressources (CPU, Memory) to handle the sync or reindex of so much data.

just increased resources, if i will reindex will it resolve the issue?

[unknown] just closed client, to cancel sync, the dovecot CPU utilization decreased from 80% to 50%. what I can do next ?
