fda31f2a4d06 postfix/smtp[1298]: connect to ssl-tools.net[2a01:4f8:251:14ab::1]:25: Connection timed out

Make sure port 25 is allowed outgoing, for IPv4 and IPv6
Some hosting providers block port 25, so you have to talk to them, or use a relay service.
