Embeddable Webmail client

Context: We are building a communication & collaboration service that integrates email, chat, whiteboard, video conferencing, collaborative document editing etc… requiring most parts to be embeddable in iframes.

Question: how to configure the mailcow-dockerized installation to make the SOGo webmail client embeddable in an iframe? Web search says to configure the Nginx HTTP headers but wondering if this community has specific details.

Whew! Took me a while but I’m now able to frame the Webmail client. Had to make the following changes to data/conf/nginx/includes/site-defaults.conf:

Delete add_header X-Frame-Options "SAMEORIGIN" always;
Add add_header Content-Security-Policy "frame-ancestors 'self' *.example.com example.com";

Note to mailcow team: X-Frame-Options is deprecated.

Spoke too early! It now shows the login page in the iframe but login fails.

The search continues. If anybody has resolved this, I’d appreciate it greatly if you could share your solution.
