Hey! I just launched my own MailCow server, and it’s working well. I can send emails to iCloud and receive them without any issues, such as landing in spam. However, I ran an SMTP test on MX Lookup and could use some help. Could you please assist me? I got an WildCard SSL certificate on my domain.

You are testing the wrong DNS entry. You have to test mail.ckstudio.at instead, but it’s not reachable

DocFraggle Hey, I Shut down my MailCow Server. Got some problems with my provider….

    DocFraggle

So it is okey? I had to use the IP instead of the domain mail.ckstudio.at
Shouldnt it work with mail.ckstudio.at also?

cemesis Shouldnt it work with mail.ckstudio.at also?

      Yes it should work.

cemesis I had to use the IP instead of the domain mail.ckstudio.at

mail.ckstudio.at is not “a domain”. It is a hostname, a FQDN to be precise. Your mail domain (defined through the MX record) is “ckstudio.at”.
That are 2 different things. Be sure you understand that properly, or you will have a hard time to properly run and configure your mail services.

esackbauer Thank you! It’s working on both. I can send Emails and Receive them without any problems.
What can I check also to be sure that everything works perfectly fine? Which MXLookUp Tests should I run? (Smtp and Blacklist is all right, what else?)

I really appreciate your help! I’m kinda not sure even if everything is working fine.
