Hello, could you please help me? I would like to change the address of a user. For example, it is Abert@mydomain.com, but it needs to be Albert@mydomain.com. The problem is that the employee has already been using the current address for several weeks, and I would prefer not to create a new mailbox.

Or you could set up a new mailbox with the correct email-address and then use the IMAP Sync feature to move all mails over to the new mailbox.

Then delete the old mailbox “abert@domain.com” and add this address to the new one as alias, just in case someone keeps sending to the wrong address.
