MarcinN Hi all… I’ve been using maicow for several years now with great success. But the latest update gives me a problem that is odd to me.. I have a printer that is sending scans of documents to internal users. The printer uses an technical account to authenticate and is added to company wide spam whitelist. Despite that the mails get rejected by rspamd. Before the update mails had MAILCOW_WHITE (-1998) not it is not there despite the address being on the whitelist
MarcinN Postfix> 5.7.1 This message does not meet our delivery requirements respamd> before update No action - score ~ -1950 (because of whitelisting) After update Reject - score ~ 36 (seams no whitelisting despite address being on whitelist)
esackbauer This usually happens when the printer itself is not advertising itself with a FQDN in the EHLO command. Try to whitelist it in postscreen: https://docs.mailcow.email/manual-guides/Postfix/u_e-postfix-postscreen_whitelist/
MarcinN No change. Despite adding the sender address to Mailcow Spamfilter Whitelist and the sender IP address to postscreen whitelist the messages still get rejected
DocFraggle Did you add your printer’s IP to the forwarding hosts as well? System -> Configuration -> Options -> Forwarding Hosts
