done the setup of mailcow and sogo but mail not getting delivered

I have done all the setup using a 4 GB RAM VPS from Digital Ocean, installed docker and male cow, configured the domain and user in the mail cow interface, I can send mail through Sogo interface but the email is not getting delivered to my id inbox

I would propose you walk through the documentation again from the beginning.
Are all DNS records set up properly? Check them with mxtoolbox.com
You do not meet the minimum requirements of 6 GB RAM, could be that one of the containers is failing or in a reboot loop because of this…

Guys, please always check with external tools as well. That is also recommended in the documentation… Don’t check the system only from within the system.

Also, if you just changed records, please consider the TTL and give the DNS servers time to replicate. They are not active immediately. DNS 1×1…

SOGo and Solr are also RAM eaters, especially if you will use ActiveSync.

@SimplyHumanic did you somehow add the “G Suite” MX preset to your domain? Check if you can remove the Google MX entries
