Issues with Mailcow Email Sending and Receiving

Hi everyone,

I hope you can help me with a problem I’m having. I recently set up Mailcow on my server and I’m having issues with sending and receiving emails. Here are the details:

I followed the installation guide step-by-step.
The web interface is working fine.
I created a few email accounts.
However, when I try to send an email, it doesn’t get delivered. Also, incoming emails are not showing up in my inbox. I checked the logs but couldn’t find any clear errors.

Has anyone experienced this before? What steps should I take to troubleshoot this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It’s difficult to tell without further details or logs from postfix. It could be ranging from service not started to a meteorite crashed on your physical server.

Which server provider are you using? Some block outgoing TCP/25, used to send emails. Incoming could be a firewall blocking incoming traffic.
