Can't receive any mails

Hi all, I am having a weird issue and unfortunately I can’t find a solution. I have configured MailCow DNS and I can send emails without issues. However I can’t receive them. All the configuration for the mailcow hostname domain and the added one are according to the documentation.

Hostname is webmail.vach.tech and the testing domain is vach.site. You can check them.

When I send email to the test user, for maybe half an hour I don’t get any errors and then the sender email returns with error that the host is not reachable (zoho) or relay not enabled (gmail).

I have no errors in postfix or dovecot regarding that and honestly I don’t know what I am doing wrong and it is driving me crazy.

The host is a Hetzner machine.

Your server’s port 25 is not reachable from the Internet. Did you open up all required firewall ports according to the documentation? If you did, are you hosting your server at home and your ISP is blocking port 25 maybe?

Edit: Ah sorry just saw it’s a Hetzner machine. They block SMTP ports the first 31 days for new customers

Edit 2: ah but only outgoing. So I guess it’s your firewall
