it tries to send to port 588. Default client smtp port is 587.
Also search for “state 1” here in the forum, that happened before.

Check your mailcow.conf.
And remember, ANY changes to the mailcow configuration should be followed by:

docker compose down
docker compose up -d

to have all changed settings applied. Rebooting alone does not work

there should be a section at “bindings” looking like this (these are the defaults):

DOVEADM_PORT=127.0.0.1:19991

If you don’t have this, then your mailcow.conf is broken.

I checked the settings, everything is fine.
I am also confused by the fact that only SOGO cannot send, but a third-party application, for example Thunderbird, works perfectly with my mail server.
Maybe SOGO has a separate file somewhere that contains settings for working with the server.

Wizard86 IIRC the mentioned error message is a problem with your iptables rules. Did you try to restart the stack as @esackbauer mentioned here? It may flush the iptables chains. Or maybe even reboot the server to reset the iptables rules

Did you check if your postfix container es running? Any errors in the logs?

Postfix is working, there are no errors. And if it didn’t work, I wouldn’t be able to send and receive an email in Thunderbird.
The problem is that the server is working, but the SOGO client is not working. SOGO accepts emails but does not send them, there are no such problems with other email clients.

Did you check your iptables in the meantime? I would start looking at the output you would post in a bug report:
