I’ve already checked the documentation of sogo and mailcow but was unable to find a solution for my problem. Maybe you can help.

Our problem is as following:

  • We switchted to Mailcow and created a resource (our meeting room)
  • It is possible for us to share and book that room inside our company
  • Now we would like, that a company that is also using this room, can book that room themselves

Is there any solution to share the resource / claendar with external emails or do we need to create an e-mail account for that?
