Problem with DNS PTR records in mailcow domain configuration

I have attached the screenshots the issue seems with the very strange values in both PTR records why is this happening

Could anyone please point me out where i might miss configured Mailcow or where else the issue could arise from?
I might missed something in the setup guide?

Looks like you are filling the fields in a wrong way with your hosting provider.
“Domain Name” there should go only blocklabs.dev
and “Name” there should be only mail
But if in doubt, ask your hoster, they need to explain.

You are talking about the PTR record right? I’m following the values received in the popup in the Mailcow dashboard.

So set the PTR record as name: mail and domain: blocklabs.dev ? This did not seem to resolve anything sadly.

My bad if context missing, I’m hosting on Hetzner, and configuring the domain via Cloudflare.

That is what I would try. But you have to ask Hetzner to be sure. Or search the forum for other Hetzner customers.

HotBBQSauce How @esackbauer wrote PTR must by set on network of your hosting provider.

PTR does this: ask for IP get DNS, so setting PTR in Cloudflare is wrong, this is resolved on router on Hetzner. Also if i’m not mistaken Hetzner use for PTR slightly different name rDNS (reverse DNS) to look for, it’s under Netwroking tab.
