high CPU utilization

Hi, my mailcow server runs on cloud host (Hetzner) with 2 CPU and 8GB memory. Although there is almost no traffic (I use it for private emails only, 5/day) and I do not use SOLR, my CPU utilization ist quasi always 100%.
Does anybody have an explication for this?

‘top’ or ‘htop’ should tell you which process is running wild

yes, but the values I see with “top” do not correspond to the values shown in the mailcow GUI (which are very high).
I just configured a swap file (since the memory utilization is also near to 100%), and it seems to have a positive impact on this. Does it make sense to you?
