Is your issue still present? Should by just DNS cache,.. Are you running your own NS?

Yes, I have my own NS. I find my mistake :
In powerdns Admin the name must not have the domaine
_dmarc.julien.xxx -> _dmarc.julien.xxx.julien.xxx

I just put “_dmarc” and everythink works
