Catch (-all) undeliverable Email

Hi,

I want to use catch-all email for email not deliverable to existing email-boxes.
Where or how can this be done?

Even better suited to my case: catch all email sent to email-addresses of a specific format:
<random-string/code>IR@<domain>

For catchall create an alias for your domain and only use @example.org as Alias address

2nd option of tagging suits perfect my needs!
