We are currently operating an Apache James server on AWS. However, we have encountered several operational issues and are considering using Mailcow. We would like to migrate only the email accounts to Mailcow, excluding other data. Is there a way to accomplish this migration in a single process?

You have to set up sync jobs for each mailbox.

They will import the mails from your Apache James to mailcow.
