Questions to mailcow and Active Directory

Hello,
I’m new to mailserver and we need to switch from a really old mailserver to a new one. So mailcow is currently the best option which i think. We use an Active Directory, my question is can we import the user data from the AD in the address book and how is the current state of the ldap login into the mailserver?
Can someone provide me with some links, there i can start my research? I tried but I’m not to familiar in the mailcow universe. If that two point will work that would be our killer feature to switch to mailcow and have happy members of our association!
I hope i used the correct tags if not please give me there more information 🙂

I think the best is to wait for the LDAP/OIDC integration, then you can add the AD accounts to the mailcow mailboxes.

esackbauer Thanks for your first answer, but that means only mailboxes. How does the address book works can i add there already the AD or does that also work over the LDAP/OIDC interface?
