issue with active sync

Currently having issue with SOGO 5.10.0 with active sync on mobile or outlook as it tries to sync around 20 gigs of mail
i checked the logs and i see this

What client software are you using exactly? Does the sync eventually finish?

thanks for the reply, using outlook 2019 on computer, the sync does not finish it gets stuck saying connecting, i saw that bug also not sure what else i can troubleshoot?

You could send a sample mail which does not get synced, so the ppl at Sogo can check whats wrong.
I have no problem syncing my mails with Outlook 2021 LTSC.
Are you using a Microsoft 365 license?

the issue is that cant find which email is the issue so i can send it to them,
i bought the 2019 license

I guess some mails are synced already, so check against your Inbox folder in SOGo which is the first mail that is on your SOGo but not in your Outlook.

i think i found the email, as i tried posting on the SOGO bugs but it seems that im still as a viewer and does not let me, not sure how i can send the info to them?

On the top right you see that you are a guest. Log out and you can create an account.
