Leave HTTP_BIND AND HTTPS_BIND empty HTTP_BIND= HTTPS_BIND= Those are for binding to IP addresses

Did you check if all the containers are running? Did you check the container logs? Did you check your host's firewall if present? Did you check if any other services are running on the ports mailcow needs?

@"DocFraggle"#p14310 Apart from container logs, I checked firewall, not problem here . And nginx is proxying a web and mailcow, but there are in different ports. I had checked they don't have a Port conflict. Where do I check the container logs? I have checked nginx error log. Also normal.

I’m out of ideas… you can restart your mailcow once again, and after it started run

docker-compose logs --tail=200 -f nginx-mailcow

in one SSH session and do the curl from another session. You should at least see that in the logs
And you can see the start of the logs of the nginx container, maybe it complains about something there

One last thing: did you change anything in your docker-compose.yml because you keep posting it? If you did, revert it to the default, never change anything there! You can override things in the extra yaml file, but for the reverse proxy to work you don’t need to do this

No. I never do that. I only motified the port in yml, or mailcow can’t run and report wrong ；

No, change it back to the default from git! It complained earlier because you had your FQDN in the HTTP(S)_BIND variables instead of an IP address

into the docker config. The part you edited was wrong before, you had

8080:80

which can‘t work

If yes, you can test if it works if you manually edit your docker-compose.yaml again and set

      ports:
        - "8443:8443"
        - "8080:8080"

in your nginx-mailcow part.
