Using the mailcow integration test suite

What if I wanted to run those tests against my personal implementation of Mailcow ?

Could I wrangle that code into something useful in a reasonable amount of time ?

I see references to Drone CI and Hetzner Cloud, which I’ve never even heard of.

Can anybody point me to resources about the testing suite ?
