I am looking for assistance with completely purging a user from mailcow (Emails/Database/Everything).

I currently have a user account that is having issues logging into the root page of my mailserver. SoGo works completely fine, SMTP/IMAP all works, but when I log into the admin part of the mailcow app, the system freezes and spins and eventually if I wait 5+ minutes it will log in. I dont have this issue with any other account. I have tried to delete the account and recreate it, but it has the same issue. I have done basic steps of looking through logs and dont see any glaring issue, but I am also not too sure where to look. This has also persisted through updates. I figure easiest way is to completely purge the account from everything and recreate and see if that fixes it. Anyone have the steps required?

Have you enabled 2FA? Have you tried to clear the browser cache? Have you tried to disable any ad blockers?

    esackbauer to enable 2FA on the account you have to do it from the admin panel which freezes up and times out. I have tried clearing cache and this happens across multiple devices/networks. I will add this has occurred for about a year now and has persisted.
