Quarantine Interval Period

We’re just getting started with Mailcow and I have a question about how to adjust the interval at which it sends out [Quarantine] messages.

It currently sends out notifications (apparently) every several minutes, sometimes with one message quoted in it, sometimes with several. The quarantined items are almost always spam. It would be more convenient to get, say, 2 messages per day rather than 20+. Is there a way to make Mailcow “batch” quarantined items over a longer period of time than it currently does - maybe 12 hours or so?

These settings are done per mailbox and can be changed in the mailbox overview. See “quarantine notifications” at the top to change it for multiple mailboxes. Also you could change the mailbox template for future users accordingly.
