I’m currently running 2023-08 just fine.
I know my docker setup is a little bit complicated and the local within-docker IP won’t be the public IP.
My Mailcow config has been running fine this way for several years.
Tried opting in to IP address checks within the UI, which worked fine (shows my public IP).

So I think this is just an issue with my config and the update.sh script. I haven’t found more information about this (new?) check. Is there some way I can help it figure out my public IP? Is there some other port I need to forward through for this check?

Figured it out. Ended up looking through the update.sh code. My Ubuntu Docker did not have whois installed, which the script is relying on for this check.

Interestingly this change dates back before my most recent update, so I’m not sure why this didn’t fail before.
