How can I STOP mailcow/postfix/rspamd from rejecting any email sent TO a specific user/alias in Mailcow; and, allow from any public IP? (meaning no whitelisted senders … looking for a single unfiltered alias/mailbox)
Background:
We’ve been using mailcow for some time now (having transitioned away from Exchange with amvis/spamassassin/clamav in front), and just started directing our inbound (emergency) email notifications through mailcow for the first time. Such that: a remote linux box that we are supporting, uses sendmail to send an email notification to specificuser@mailcow.tld … that we monitor, and have quickly found that some notifications are being rejected due to the remote linux box (i.e. sendmail) NOT using a FQDN (or one that has not been updated) or because the messages are being flagged as spam. While the majority of the notifications are coming in just fine, we are discovering a few are not quite making it (whereas they were before).
Updated:
To be clear, we are supporting a LOT of linux boxes at a great number of client sites (each w/ their own public IP that may abruptly change without us being notified/updated); and, we want to make sure nothing gets rejected/filtered.
