D4niel Yes, I’ve looked into it, and they’ve suggested contacting Hotmail for a definite resolution. It seems like quite an unusual situation, and it’s been ongoing for four years.
I also want to share something with you. In WHM, under Exim Configuration Manager > Advanced Editor, I had added these codes to the headers, and it worked for a while. However, I later contacted cPanel support, and they told me that my DKIM settings were incorrect and that they needed to be reset to zero. I did that, but it broke again and hasn’t been fixed since.
Perhaps someone with the right expertise can examine this and apply it to Mailcow to potentially resolve the issue.
