How to get the backup of sogo?

I know there is the official ‘sogo-tool’ and I found out, there is a scheduled backup on every hour, that will be saved on ‘ sogo-userdata-backup-vol-1:/sogo_backup’. But I don’t understand how to get the backup.
When I try look at with docker run -it --rm -v sogo-userdata-backup-vol-1:/sogo_backup mailcow/sogo /bin/bash, the folder is empty.
Docker is a new challange for me, that’s why I could miss something!
Could someone point me in the right direction?

Maybe you should look into docker basics. Not sure why you’re starting a whole new container for that.

Ok, my fault, I’ll took the wrong container.
To copy the sogo_backup you just need docker cp mailcowdockerized-sogo-mailcow-1:/sogo_backup /var/backup/
