I have (or had) a working setup of mailcow. Since 2 weeks ago I'm unable to send emails. Mails arrive, but not depart. From logs of postfix container: [upl-image-preview url=https://community.mailcow.email/assets/files/2023-09-24/1695562034-925660-postfix-log.png] The service tries to find `sni.map.db` file and fails. So far I've tried: - [Force renewal](https://docs.mailcow.email/post_installation/firststeps-ssl/#force-renewal), - [Reset TLS certificates](https://docs.mailcow.email/troubleshooting/debug-reset_tls/), - checked and changed to/from `root` _user_ permissions [as per this discussion](https://community.mailcow.email/d/2698-smtp-sni-problems), also tried to create files `sni.map.db` and `sni.map`, - added ADDITIONAL_SAN and played with recommendations [mentioned here on github ](https://github.com/mailcow/mailcow-dockerized/issues/3690) The `mailcow.conf` was like this: ``` SKIP_LETS_ENCRYPT=n ENABLE_SSL_SNI=n ADDITIONAL_SAN= ``` then I've tried to change it, assigning `ENABLE_SSL_SNI=y, ADDITIONAL_SAN=mail.*,smtp.*,imap.*, SKIP_LETS_ENCRYPT=y` in different combinations (yes, no, etc), but no luck. Also updated the mailcow with update.sh script, stopped and restarted containers, even upgraded debian to bullseye from previous one, still not working. Could someone please help me with it?

The service tries to find sni.map.db file and fails.

So far I’ve tried:

Force renewal,
Reset TLS certificates,
checked and changed to/from root user permissions as per this discussion, also tried to create files sni.map.db and sni.map,
added ADDITIONAL_SAN and played with recommendations mentioned here on github

The mailcow.conf was like this:

SKIP_LETS_ENCRYPT=n
ENABLE_SSL_SNI=n
ADDITIONAL_SAN=

then I’ve tried to change it, assigning ENABLE_SSL_SNI=y, ADDITIONAL_SAN=mail.*,smtp.*,imap.*, SKIP_LETS_ENCRYPT=y in different combinations (yes, no, etc), but no luck.

thanks, I’ve also tried that, just forgot to mention here.
At the end, I’ve made a backup, reinstalled everything, recovered data except for postfix, and now it works.
Stiil didn’t find the cause of the problem
